RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES NOR REFUNDS. This includes requests for cancelled orders, requests for refunds shall be denied unfortunately. If an order is sent back, for ANY REASON, including inputting the incorrect address or size, you shall be responsible and cover the shipping cost to resent out. In the event of a promotion or sale and you have already paid full price, unfortunately no refunds or price adjustments shall be made.
If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at [email protected] for further information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once PRODUCED, standard shipping for orders in the United States MAY take an additional 3-5 business days. Most orders are received within 7 days of ordering.
During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 - 15 business days to ship.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
Will the designs fade?
Some of the prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes. Washing instructions are found on the tag of each shirt or keep reading below.
How should I wash my printed garments?
In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
